Argentina Covid-19 Travel Information

Summary of Argentina Coronavirus Situation

Last Updated:

10 December, 2020
Since 6 December 2020, all travellers need to present a negative Covid-19 test result within 72 hours of travelling to Argentina. Those wanting to travel to Buenos Aires will need to complete a “sworn declaration” form and take a Covid-19 test upon arrival. Since 30 November 2020, the Argentinean borders have opened for nationals and residents of neighbouring countries travelling to Buenos Aires for tourism purposes. All travellers must have medical insurance with cover for Covid-19. Returning nationals and residents will need to fill in a health declaration form and will need to quarantine for 14 days. Borders are closed to all other foreign nationals and non-residents. A number of special flights from Argentina have been introduced.
