Finland is planning to reopen leisure travel for all EU/Schengen countries (including the UK) however those with a high infection rate will need to present a negative Covid-19 test upon arrival. This new testing based model has been delayed. Borders are open for travellers from certain European countries. Travellers from the UK are only allowed to visit Finland for essential purposes and need to quarantine for 10 days upon arrival.
