Since 28 November 2020, travellers returning to the UK from Latvia need to quarantine on return. Since 12 October, everyone who intends to enter Latvia is required to complete and submit an electronic form no earlier than 48 hours before arrival. Since 17 September 2020, asymptomatic travellers from the UK can self-isolate for 10 days upon arrival. Citizens and those permanently residing in the EU, EEA and Switzerland are allowed to visit Latvia without needing to quarantine for 14 days as long as the country has maintained an incidence of 15 individuals per 100,000 who have tested positive with Covid-19. All passengers need to complete and submit a contact form upon arrival.
