British Nationals travelling to Lithuania from England, Scotland and Wales, and who do not display Covid-19 symptoms, do not need to quarantine on arrival. British Nationals may leave Lithuania before the end of their quarantine period if they wish to return to the UK. Since 23 November 2020, those travelling to Lithuania from Northern Ireland will need to quarantine for 10 days. Travellers may leave quarantine early if a negative PCR test result taken no more than 48 hours prior to arrival is presented. Since 1 November 2020, travellers returning to the UK from Lithuania need to quarantine for 14 days. Since 10 August, all travellers must complete an online registration form within 12 hours of arrival. Since 29 June 2020, borders are open for travellers from the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation and of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Upon arrival, all travellers from high risk countries need to register with the Lithuanian National Public Health Centre and quarantine for 14 days.
