Since September 2020, Russia has opened its borders for tourists from 7 countries, including the UK. On arrival, temperatures are checked and Covid-19 tests are conducted. Arrivals are required to present a negative PCR test or a medical certificate confirming a positive test for the presence of COVID-19 IgG antibodies. Arrivals no longer need to quarantine for 14 days, however if they develop Covid-19 symptoms or test positive for Covid-19, they need to self-isolate until they test negative.
